The course was informative and the exercises were demonstrated showing us what to do, it was important to get the techniques right as having a bit of confidence to know how to be prepared not only to bandage but appropriate the correct pressure when the injuries are complex and so learning the skills to bandage cuts, swollen arms, broken legs is essential for any injury if you are in a serious situation also learning CPR, in an emergency situation for a person with a heart attack, having a First Aid person on the scene is a life saver. I learned how to monitor the situation and how to get help from the people on scene, call for help 000, get First Aid kit, get a defibrillator and how to perform CPR and use the defibrillator, there was so much more. It’s an excellent course, I think it was worth it. Thank you to the lovely Instructor, she was friendly, warm, and knew a lot of information. It was great. Loved it.

What an amazing, interesting and educational experience! The theory e-book is super thorough with images and information displayed in a legible way to understand and answer questions. Today I had the practical class which was very professional but also very fun with dummies and first aid equipment on hand for everyone to practice and ensure they are taking the correct steps. I am a visual learner so this definitely helped! Our educator explained everything in a way that was easy to understand whilst sharing some of her own experiences which made it feel so much more personal. Thank you first aid australia. I look forward to using your service again in the future.

The course was well organised. The pre-study and assessment were very helpful and made it easier for me to easily understand the lessons in class. The instructor was clear enough to make use understand on all the topics she taught. Overall, the first aid course is not only useful for work, but it is also essential knowledge for everyday life.

Arthur was great! I’ve done many a first aid course but none have been as clear and easy to follow as this course with Arthur today. Explained things really well so the lay person could understand and even those of us experienced in health learned new ways to remember things.

Booked a 4-hr session for CPR and First Aid. The session itself is wonderful. Judy’s delivery was very engaging and informative, especially some recent updates on regulations and procedures, combining with inspiring stories. I had plenty of time to learn from both theories and practices. Just two concerns - the price match doesn’t work well. Even if I checked out with a discounted price displayed, they still charged me full price. I called the CS and they said it is a system error. Hope they will fix this soon; and I didn’t receive the certificate on the same day, as advertised, so anyone who is in urgent of getting the certificate needs to be prepared for some admin delays as well.

Nathan is an amazing instructor. I learnt more from the practical than the e-learning material. He related scenarios to real-life experiences which made it easier to retain/to understand the process of why things were performed the way they were. I don't know how you rate the experienced teacher? But Parker, would be number one in Australia teaching CPR first aid. Engaged with everyone, got to know us all and brought all of us out of our shell. In doing so, we felt comfortable, more interactive and learnt more throughout this training.
