Good afternoon, I don’t usually go to the trouble of leaving reviews however, the lady who delivered my First Aid & CPR course today was definitely worth it. I attended the session at North Toowoomba at 9am today, and I believe the trainer’s name was Carol. I have completed lots of First Aid & CPR courses over many years with different organisations, and I can honestly say I have never enjoyed one as much as I did today. Carol was funny, engaging, and didn’t waffle on like some trainers do. She was very approachable and happily helped anyone who needed it. Normally after two hours I’m nearly asleep and struggle with concentration due to my ADHD, but today I did not get sleepy at all.
